In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for:

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable Funds remaining in the Account will be processed back to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe applicable to their VIP tier.

td44 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted payment methods for Bangladesh-based Players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to ongoing availability.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

All content published on the td44 Platform — including but not limited to the td44 brand name, logo, graphical assets, user interface designs, software architecture, game content, written copy, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of td44 or is used under licence from the respective rights holder.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of td44. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.
